It was truly a privilege to host the Mission’s Team from Cornerstone Baptist Church. They arrived safely back in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania after a week of fellowship and serving. The team of 22 adults and youth served our church by assisting in our Vacation Bible School, handing out flyers, preaching and providing special music and giving salvation testimonies in our worship service and Life Groups. Many of you have expressed a desire to let them know how much we appreciated their good attitudes, enthusiasm and hard work while they were among us. This coming Sunday (August 16th, 2015) we would like to receive a special love offering for their church over and above our regular offerings. This money will go toward helping with their mission’s trips. A link to their website can be found below.
Also, many of our people enjoyed the wonderful music they played. It was just a sampling of the talent that they have available at their church. Here is a link to a CD So Send I You that you can purchase for $15 on their website that features some to the members of the Mission’s team that was with us. It is well worth the cost to get this CD. It is very inspirational, worshipful and encouraging. We need to let our people and others know about it.
